When experiencing these unexpected issues, I recommend refreshing the app, or uninstalling the QuickBooks Online app and reinstalling it. If you're still experiencing the same issue, I encourage you to reach out to the support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to verify your account details in a secure setting. They also have the ability to create a ticket to get the issue resolved if they feel it is necessary. You can reach them by following one of these methods:
