Question

Search customer hub broken, enter address returns too many results. I enter an address 41 Airdrie Rd. and get people with “416” in their area code?

Searching for a full address should narrow your results to an exact match, so seeing area codes like "416" instead is definitely not the expected experience. Since you've already entered the complete address, we can try a few steps to clear up these broader results:

  1. Refresh your browser by clicking the Refresh icon or pressing F5 on a Windows keyboard (Command-R on a Mac).
  2. If the search still pulls in extra results, sign out of QuickBooks, wait a few moments, and then sign back in.
  3. Open an incognito or private browsing window to access your account with a clean slate.

These steps usually resolve display and search issues caused by stored browser data. Have more questions? Drop a reply below.

This happens on the app as well, showed up after the lasts update. They "fix" one thing and break another, I'm disappointed by the lack of quality control and debugging before they release an update.
