Question

When I try to edit an estimate, some items are missing, but I can see them on print preview, how can I bring them back when editing the estimate?

Hi Ryan-Coldwell,

I appreciate you for being a loyal member of the QuickBooks family. Dealing with the issue you've described isn't the ideal situation I'd like for you to be in. Instead, I'd like for you to enjoy the amazing benefits of the program which make it fun and intuitive to complete your work.

I'm suspecting that you may be experiencing a cache and cookies issue. As you use your browser, it collects cache and cookies which may eventually slow down your browser and cause display issues. The good news is there's a way to fix that and that's clearing cache and cookies. Here's an article which shows you how to: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online. I encourage you to give that a try. It's also key to note that you're saving the estimate. You can save the estimate first and see if you're experiencing the same issue after saving it.

Keep me posted on how you make out by responding in the comments below. I'll be one message away if you need anything. :)
