Being able to send invoices without any issues is what we want for you, @sknecht1.
With this, I want to ensure you get the necessary help for your concern here in the community. Before anything else, I have to ask some follow-up questions to check whether this is a browser or a system issue.
Can you please confirm if the invoice is from a closed period or a new one? Have you tried other browsers and sending the form from there? Any details will help me resolve this.
In the meantime, try logging in to a private web browser. Unexpected issues in QuickBooks are sometimes associated with the amount of data stored in the cache. This is because a regular browser will constantly overwrite itself and will not remove history unless done manually.
Private browsing will not save any history, so it's a great place to identify issues in the browser. Use these keyboard shortcuts to launch a new private window:
Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: press Command + Shift + N
Try to send the invoice again and see if it gives you the same problem. If it works correctly, clear the cache to resolve browser issues in QBO. You can also use a different browser and see if the issue persists there.
Come back here for the additional details about the invoices. I'll be available to help anytime. Have a good one.
