Why can't we see if the customer has viewed the invoice?

I appreciate you joining us here in the Community!  I'd be happy to guide you in the right direction. 

 

One of the many great features that QuickBooks Online offers, is the option to see if your customer(s) have opened the invoice(s) that were sent to them. You can view the status by following these simple steps: 

 

1. Head to the "Sales" tab and select "Invoices"

2. Locate and click on the invoice in question.

3. A side bar will appear, here you'll be able to see if the invoice was Opened, Sent, Viewed, Paid, or Deposited.
