Have you imported your entries through a CSV file? If yes, this can happen if the file isn't formatted correctly. To fix this, exclude the transactions from the For Review section.
Here's how:
Sign in to QuickBooks.
Click on Banking on the left pane, then go to the Banking page.
Select your bank, then mark the checkbox for the charges from the For Review column.
