Why doesn't individual invoices show when I'm reconciling

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online is a dynamic program for all of your bookkeeping needs. It's important that you're able to reconcile your accounts with confidence.  I'd be glad to provide some insight here!

When transactions are downloaded to your QuickBooks Online account, you can match and categorize them, making reconciliation effortless.  However, when you reconcile your account, the bank ledger will show transactions as they appear in your real-life bank account.  Such as, when a deposit is made, it can include multiple payments for one deposit, but it's recorded as one transaction/deposit at the bank.  For more information about reconciling an account in QuickBooks Online, click here.
