I can help create a rule for accounts payable and receivable in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Here's how:
Go to the Banking menu, and then choose Rules.
Select New rule from the upper right corner.
Enter the name of the rule.
From the Apply this to transactions that are drop-down arrow, choose Money out or in.
Select the bank account.
Enter the other information needed.
From the Category drop-down arrow, choose Accounts Receivable.
Once done, click Save.
You can do the same to create rules for accounts payable.
