Can the amount to each entry on the Estimate Form can be vat-exclusive, then after the Total is the additional Vat and the grand total? How to do it? Please help.

Hi there, Stephen. Thank you for reaching out to us here in the Community. I appreciate you bringing up your concern, and I’d be happy to provide clarification.

 

Currently, the option to add another column for the grand total beside each line item in your estimate is not available in QuickBooks Online. However, you can include a note in the Memo section to communicate any changes to prices or taxes directly to your customer.

 

Furthermore, the grand total for your estimate, along with a detailed breakdown of charges and VAT, is displayed at the bottom of the estimate form. This ensures your customer can clearly see the total charges applied to the transaction.
