Can we add GST Number of Customers from mobile app - Can't find the field / page.

The option to add the GST Number of the customer in QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app is unavailable. We'll need to access your account through the web and enter the GST Reg. Number in the customer's profile.

Here's how:

1. Go to Sales on the left side menu.
2. Choose Customers.
3. Select a customer name.
4. Click the Tax info tab.
5. Enter the details in the Tax Reg. No., CST reg. no., or PAN No. fields. 
6. Press Save.

The QBO mobile app is always in sync with QBO on the web. Any task you do or information you add on the web shows up on the app, and vice versa. Also, your data is always up to date and available when working in your Online account.
