Podemos desactivar fácilmente los productos o servicios mediante estos pasos:

1. Haga clic en el ícono de ajustes en la esquina superior derecha y seleccione Productos y servicios.
2. Busque el elemento que desea eliminar.

3. Haga clic en la flecha desplegable junto a Editar y seleccione Desactivar.

4.  

   Seleccione Sí para confirmar la acción.

También puede utilizar este enlace como referencia: Eliminar o fusionar un producto o servicio.

Si desea desactivar un artículo de inventario, es posible que deba realizar un ajuste de inventario. Aquí hay un enlace para obtener información adicional: Ajuste la cantidad de inventario disponible en QuickBooks Online.

2. Look for the item you want to delete.
3. Click the drop-down arrow next to Edit and select Make inactive.
4. Select Yes to confirm the action.
