También incluye cantidades e importes totales, recibidos y balanceados. Una vez que haya agregado la orden de compra a una factura o gasto, se cerrará automáticamente.

Sin embargo, la opción de ejecutar un informe que muestre sus órdenes de compra convertidas en factura o gastos no está disponible actualmente. Sugiero ejecutar el informe Lista de transacciones por proveedor. Filtre el informe para mostrar órdenes de compra, gastos y facturas.

Así es cómo:

1. Vaya a Informes y busque Detalle de orden de compra abierta, Lista de transacciones por proveedor o cualquier otro informe.
2. Haga clic para abrir el informe.

I can share some information about running the report that you need in QuickBooks Online. 

You can generate the Open Purchase Order Detail report in QuickBooks Online (QBO) to see your open purchase orders, grouped by item or account. It also includes total, received, and balanced quantities, and amounts. Once you've added the purchase order to a bill or an expense it'll be automatically closed. 

However, the option to run a report showing your purchase orders converted into a bill or expenses is currently unavailable. I suggest running the Transaction List by Vendor report. Filter the report to show purchase orders, expenses, and bills. 

Here's how:

1. Go to Reports and look for Open Purchase Order Detail, Transaction List by Vendor or any other report.
2. Click to open the report. 
3. Select Customise.
4. Scroll down to the Filter icon tick the checkbox for Transaction Type and choose Purchase Order, Bills, and Expenses. 
5. Apply all the necessary filters and click on Run report.
