Where is your company located? You may need a 3rd party solution to accept payments by using a free invoicing app to integrate with QBO. QB Payment is only available for US and Canada.

I can share some information about the payment links tab in QuickBooks Online, chelsov.

The Payment Links tab is currently available in the US version of QuickBooks Online (QBO), as it requires a QuickBooks Payments account to get started. This feature is designed to assist you in offering customers an online payment option by creating payment links for each invoice.

You may want to consider exploring alternative payment options or third-party applications that integrate well with QBO and allow you to create a payment link for your customers to pay their invoices.

Here's how to check for an app from your QBO account:

  1. Select Apps from the left menu and click on Find apps.
  2. You can click on Browse categories to narrow down your options.

After looking for an app, you can check with their Customer Support on how to sync or integrate it with QuickBooks Online.

Here's a guide that can help you find, download, and manage third-party apps: Integrate apps in QuickBooks Online

In the meantime, refer to these articles for more information about creating invoices and manually recording payments you received from your customers:
