GSTR1 and GSTR 3B not picking up the CGST and SGST components of transactions which have Kerala Flood Cess applied

GSTR 1 and GSTR 3B not picking up the CGST and SGST components of transactions which have cess applied.

https://community.intuit.com/articles/1879726-kerala-flood-cess-in-quickbooks claims this issue will be resolved soon. Please help. We are not able to export JSON for GSTR1 correctly due to this issue.
