Hello, did you experience issues with tax agency name does not replicate on face of invoice?

The Tax Agency Name doesn’t  appear on your invoices; only the Tax Name is displayed. Let me clarify things for you so I can provide you with the correct solution.

If you are creating a new Custom Tax agency with identical tax and agency names, only the Tax Name will display in the VAT/tax section of your invoice. Once saved, select this option from the tax dropdown menu when creating your invoice.

However, if you are editing an existing Tax Rate, you can only update the Tax Name, but you can’t designate a new Tax Agency through that edit. The updated Tax Name will be reflected on the invoice once saved.
