If you are using QuickBooks Online Advanced, you can back up and restore your company data. This ensures your financial records are safe and provides you peace of mind.

Meanwhile, if you have a lower subscription plan, you can check the Audit Log to recover deleted transactions and reports. Please note that there is no automatic way to recover a deleted report. To retrieve your data, you will need to use the Audit Log to find the details of the deleted transactions that were included in the report and then manually re-enter them.
