Hi i could not make payment to renewal the QBA

I can help you renew your subscription, 

Did you receive an error prompt or what happens when you try to reactivate your account? Any information about it will help me provide the correct steps. 

It can possibly be that your regular browser stored too many files that caused the unexpected behavior within the system. We can try renewing your account through a private (incognito) browser. To open one, you can use these keyboard shortcuts: 

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Option + P

If you're able to activate your account just fine, you can go back to the main browser and clear the cache. f you get the same result while using a private browser, I recommend switching to a different browser. Other details for subscription renewal can be found here: Renew my account subscription.
