How can I edit a VAT Return wrongly filed on Quickbooks?

Since the VAT was already filed, you'll need to contact your tax agency to file an amended return to correct the mistake. After that, you can follow these steps  to perform the VAT adjustment:

1. Go to the VAT section.
2. Select the Returns tab.
3. Find the VAT return you want to adjust and click on it.
4. Pick the Create Adjustment button.
5. Enter the important adjustment details, such as the adjustment type, amount, and reason.
6. Once done, click on Save.
