How can I get the T4A return in Quickbooks Online to exclude GST paid to service provides as is required by CRA.

I'm preparing a T4A Return in Quickbooks Online for the first time and it is including GST in error. T4A is not to have GST otherwise the service provider will be taxed on the GST amounts. Is there a way to tell QBO to exclude GST paid? This is happening with suppliers that have both been recorded with GST included and GST exclueded.
