QBO integrates with hundreds of third-party applications through our platform. The easiest way to check if Retail Solutions can sync data is by using the Apps menu.
Let me show you how:
Go to the Apps menu and proceed to the Find apps tab.
Type in the name of the app in the Search bar and press Enter.
If you can see the app, click on it and follow the succeeding prompts to download from Retail Solutions.
If you can't see Retail Solutions, this means that it's not a supported app at the moment. As a workaround, you can ask for a copy of your sales transactions and convert it to a CSV file. Then, import it in QBO.
