How do I change my rates to be VAT in on Sales Orders rate and Invoices? My current challenge is that the rates remain VAT ex even tho Ive already updated the global set.

How do I change my rates to be VAT inclusive on Sales Orders RATE and Invoices? My current challenge is that the rates remain VAT exclusive, even though I’ve already updated the global settings.

Are you referring to the Default tax rate selection when you mention that you have already updated the global settings? if not, you can navigate there by going to the Gear icon > Account and settings > Advanced > Accounting > Default tax rate selection dropdown (change from Exclusive of Tax to Inclusive of Tax). Once saved, QuickBooks will update the default rate on your sales and purchase forms.
