How to change the template for credit note. it is only showing "CREDIT NOTE" but in UAE we need "TAX CREDIT NOTE"

At this time, we're unable to modify the credit note template in QuickBooks Online (QBO). The form style follows the style used in the standard invoice template. I'll take note of this and share your concern to our management team. This way, our product engineers will know and review this further. That being said, the option to customize the credit note might be added in future updates.
