Writing directly in the SKU column on the invoice form is unavailable, @Jonathan-Tse. However, I’m happy to guide you on how to effectively display SKU details when creating invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
To ensure your products and services are displayed correctly with SKUs, follow these steps:
Go to theGearicon and selectProducts and Services.
Choose the specificProducts and Servicesand click onEdit.
Enter the details in theSKUfield.
ClickSave and Close.
To display the SKU on your invoices, you can customize the Standard template. Here's how:
Click on theGearicon and selectCustom Form Styles.
Choose theStandardform template and clickEdit.
In theDesignsection, selectChange up the template.
Pick either theAiry NeworAiry Classictemplate.
In theContentsection, click on the middle area of the template, and check the box forSKU.
ClickDoneto save your changes.
Now, when you create an invoice, make sure to check the SKU option in the Invoice Gear icon to display this information. I've included a screenshot below for reference.
If you have any further assistance regarding the SKU on the invoice form or any other QuickBooks-related matters, don't hesitate to reach out. I'm here to help. Have a great day!
