I am supposed to enter a Georgia tax withholding ID. The one I have been given by Georgia Tax Center is 9 digit all numeric. QB does not accept that.

Yes, you're correct. We only accept Social Security Numbers when adding employees, using ITINs aren't available in QBO.

Any forms that you need to file with this ID, you'll need to do manually outside of the system.
