Need to add cess in the invoice along with gst

You can enter two tax rates in your invoice per line item. I'll show you how.

1. Go to the + New menu in your QuickBooks Online (QBO). 
2. Select Invoice.
3. Enter the needed details.
4. Add a line item to your invoice and select your tax agency under the TAX column per line item. 
5. Review the details and select Save and close.
