Hi there, billing118.

Thanks for reaching out. When you mentioned a payment voucher, were you referring to a customer invoice payment receipt? Please know QuickBooks Online (QBO) doesn't show the total at the bottom by default.

However, you can consider producing a Transaction list statement instead that shows both the total customer payment amount and their cleared balance.

Here's how:

  1. Navigate to the +Create menu and click on the Statement tab.
  2. On the Create Statement page, choose your statement date.
  3. In the statement type, select Transaction Statement.
  4. Click All under the Customer Balance Status.
  5. Set the Start and End dates for the statement period you need.
  6. Double-check the recipient email address, then click Save and send.
  7. Review the statement and click Send.

On the other hand, if you are referring to a supplier's Remittance Advice, the total payment amount is already displayed at the bottom by default. If you're noticing an issue where the total doesn’t appear, or you'd like adjustments to how it's displayed, please share more context about what you'd like changed or how you’re using the remittance advice.

If you have any additional questions or need further assistance, feel free to reply in the comments.
