Quick Books is calculating GST on total amount instead of Discounted amount in invoice leading to mismatch in GST amount and thus final Invoice amount. How to rectify?

QuickBooks always calculates the tax on the discounted value. Would you be able to share a screenshot of the invoice form so that I can check and verify this for you?
