When reconciling, transactions appear duplicated 10+ times. It happens across browsers and my accountant has the same issue. Is this a known bug?

When I go to reconcile transactions, the page reloads and some transactions appear duplicated 10+ times. These are not transactions that have actually been entered multiple times; they are simply being displayed repeatedly on the page. I’ve tried using different browsers, but the issue still occurs. My accountant also experiences the same problem when accessing my QuickBooks account, so it doesn’t appear to be specific to my browser or device. The only workaround I’ve found is to go back to the home page and then navigate to Transactions again. This temporarily fixes the display, but the issue keeps happening and is making the reconciliation process very time-consuming. Could you please investigate whether this is a known issue and advise how it can be permanently resolved?
