When we set up input VAT on purchase in the bill mode, how can we do it? When we got to "add tax rates", we can only see "Sales" but not "Purchase". thanks!

I tried to set up a new tax and can see the option to select Purchases just below Sales. A browsing issue might have caused the Purchases box to not show up.

Allow me to share the steps on how to resolve some of the most common browser problems when using QBO. 

Start by clearing cache or logging in to QuickBooks using an incognito browsing session. Here's an article as a guide: Clear Cache and Cookies to Fix Issues When Using QuickBooks Online.

Aside from that, you can also use other browsers like Google Chrome, Mozilla, Microsoft Edge, or Safari. They are all compatible with QBO and can help us isolate the issue.

You can also use these keyboard shortcuts on how to open an incognito browsing session: 

• Ctrl + Shift + N  for Google Chrome
• Ctrl + Shift + P for Firefox
• Control + Option +P if you're using Safari
• Ctrl + Shift + P for Microsoft Edge

After that, log back in and check if you can already see the option to enter tax on purchase.
