All of the sudden, the line showing HST is missing from invoice creation. aThere doesn't seem to be an option to change it. How do I get it back?

If an option is missing from the software, one possible cause would be browsing data. These temporary files can accumulate in your system and can affect navigation in any cloud-based software like QuickBooks Online. Here are some steps to resolve issues caused by browsing data:

• Clear your browser cache if you're using a browser
• Try a browser if you're using the app
• Try a private browser window
• Try another browser type
• Make sure you're using a supported browser and system
• Reset your Internet or try on another computer or device

If the error persists after trying these steps, I recommend reaching out to the QuickBooks Online support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to view your screen with you in a secure setting in order to troubleshoot the error further with you, as well as collect the necessary information to notify the engineers.
