How can I manage the sales taxes (or not) the same products being sold in various provinces and being sold in the USA, how should the Inventory Items be configured?

Let's make sure to put a check mark inside the Inclusive of Tax box. Then, select a Tax category to create a default Sales Tax based on the rate you selected.
