Hi carmenebroad-gma,

It's great that you've chosen QuickBooks Online to help you run your business! You'll love how much time you save on things like creating and sending invoices. It's essential to be adding the proper tax code to your sales forms, and if you've selected PST and need to change that, I'll help show you how.

The process is very simple. Here's what you'll do:

1. Click the Sales tab on the left navigation menu.

2. Select Invoices.

3. Click to open the invoice from the list.

4. In the Sales Tax column, make your new selection for an appropriate tax code.

Note: If you don't charge sales tax at all, you can choose one of the 3 zero value tax codes. Here's the difference between Zero-Rated, Out-of-Scope, and ExemptCommon Sales Tax Codes.

5. Click Save.

That's all there is to it. I hope this gets you back on track.

Have a great weekend.
