Hi info-bpfittings-,

It's great to hear that you've received a  GST refund!  QuickBooks Online has just what you need to record the transaction within the sales tax centre.  I'd be happy to guide you through the steps!

Here's how to record the refund after marking the return as filed:

1. Open Taxes from the left menu and select Sales Tax

2. In the Filed section and locate the return you've received a refund for

3. Click the drop-down arrow to the far right and select Record refund

4. Enter the AmountDate, and Bank account then click Record refund to save

You've successfully recorded the refund!

For your reference, here's an article for filing sales tax in QuickBooks Online.

Please don't hesitate to reach back out if you have any other questions.  We'd be glad to assist!
