Welcome back to the Community. QuickBooks offers a variety of reports that help you streamline your work with ease. I'll be happy to share more info so you can continue to do the things you love. 

Based on what you've described, I recommend checking out the Sales by Product/Service retail report as it shows your sales grouped by product/service. It also includes the date, transaction type, rate, amount, and total. You can run this report by clicking on Reports > enter the report name in the search field and hit the search icon.
