I am a QuickBooks online customer based in Canada, we sell into the United states. I want to know if my QuickBooks online will have automated sales tax as an option.

Can you elaborate on your question a bit more?  Are you looking to charge and remit taxes for your US sales, or are you looking to make sure that QBO doesn't charge taxes for things sold to your US customers as they're exempt from HST?
