I want to change the GL account of my HST/ITC's. I can't seem to find out anywhere to change it.

It's nice to see you in Community.  Welcome!  QuickBooks Online creates specific default accounts in accordance with your company set up.  Making changes to the associated accounts can have a negative impact on other areas of your books.  For this reason, it's important to speak with an accounting professional for their expertise and best course of action.  If you don't have an accountant, we can help you locate a ProAdvisor in your area.
