In using the templates, I cannot seem to adjust the tax area as we do not charge hst. We only charge gst.

Using the proper sales tax code when creating invoices is very important. When it comes time to file your taxes with the CRA, you'll want to feel confident that everything's been entered correctly. I'd be happy to explain how you can add GST to your invoices. 

Here's what you'll do:

1. Click the Sales tab on the left navigation menu. 

2. Select the Invoices tab.

3. Click New Invoice.

4. From the Sales Tax column, select GST rather than HST from the drop-down menu.

5. Click Save and Close.
