How do I do my gst return

My sales tax return for January - December 2020 disappeared upon beginning the new year.  How do I retrieve it to actually track it / prepare it?

We file HST returns monthly and had a credit of 20K last month - 5K they transfered to pay RP arrears and CRA is holding credit in our RT account instead of issuing a cash refund because we are behind in out income tax filing - How do I enter that in QB desktop?  The credit shows in the RT account so when I file Sept HST next week I can manually apply the credit but not sure how to enter ...

My GST Payable  report $11,000My Balance Sheet GST Payable is $13,000How do I fix this?

I've gone to the taxes item in the menu but that isn't changing things. I've also tried to add a custom rate but that doesn't fix it. I've made sure they're all active but I can't change it on the invoice. Please help!

the standard qst rate is 9.5 which is incorrect, the correct rate is 9.975

Change gst number 

A recent HST payment was recorded as a cheque expense and not done through Sales Tax module.  How can this be corrected to clear the sales tax module?  Cheque has cleared and been reconciled through the bank.How would I make future payments for HST through the sales tax module and record the cheque payment?
