Is it possible to record installment payments in HST so that they show on the HST return?

Thank you for being a member of the QuickBooks family.  I'll gladly help with your HST installments. QuickBooks Online offers a solid sales tax feature where you can prepare and file your returns in a few easy steps. To file your sales tax, follow the steps in this community article. If you pay a specific return in multiple installments, you can record the payments by doing as follows:

1. Select Sales from the left menu
2. Select the Sales Tax tab
3. Select the Returns tab
4. Locate the filed return you wish to record a payment for
5. From the ACTION column, select Record payment
6. Under Payment amount, input the dollar amount
7. Select Save

You can repeat the steps above until the return is fully paid. To see a list of the installments, select the Payments tab in the Sales Tax page.
