Question

QuickBooks online app stopped automatically tracking mileage. It was working a few days ago. I've already made sure location settings are on. What can I do?

Hello there, @lexkolk. With your location already enabled, Android users will have to disconnect from any hotspots while driving. For those on iOS, check your tracking status by heading to Menu > Settings > Mileage -- Troubleshooting.

If the app still isn't recording your trips, visit the Fix mileage tracking issues in the mobile app article to complete Step 5, along with the remaining instructions to get things back on track. Should the problem persist after performing all suggested troubleshooting measures, you'll have to contact our live support team. They can investigate this further and guide you through the next steps.

Feel free to leave a comment if you need any more help getting your miles recorded.
