When I open taxes, manage sales tax does not come up?

Use the InPrivate window or incognito mode first to access your account. This helps you surf the web without storing the data on your browser.

Here’s how:

• Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
• Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: press Command + Shift + N

From there, try checking the Manage Sales Tax menu. If you can view all information in the Sales Tax Center, it is a good idea to clear the cache of your regular browser.

The process can help the application to run better on your computer. Should this not work, try switching to a different browser.
