Why does when I select gst it only taxes partial of subtotal . Like on 1500 it only taxes 1400 bucks whats up with that?

Based on what you've described, I'd recommend making sure your taxes are set up correctly. You can check this by clicking Taxes > under Sales tax, click on Manage sales tax > from here, make sure you're using the right tax codes. If this info is correct, I'd suggest clearing cache and cookies on your browser. This is a great way to clean your browser, allowing it to run more efficiently.
