Cannot locate prior Form 940s in QB Online - where are they?

You can find all the previous Forms in the Archive section in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Brenda.
 

I'll show you how:
 

1. Open your QuickBooks.
2. Go to My apps.
3. In the Payroll dropdown, select Payroll taxes.
4. Click Filings.
5. Go to the Archive icon or in the Filing resources, choose Archive forms and filings.
6. You can use the Search bar to search the Form name or filter the Start date and End date to locate the correct Form.
