How do I get QBO to remove the tax from their invoice to me?

We are a 501C3 tax exempt organization. QBO is charging us tax on their invoice. How can I get that removed?

To remove sales tax from future QBO invoices, @kit10, you're required to submit your Tax-Exempt Certificate to our QuickBooks Live Support team, along with your Company ID, order number (if available), and the product or service purchased (QBO).

Here’s how to contact our Live Support:

Sign in to QBO.
Go to (?) Help in the upper right corner.
Click the Search tab and then type ‘contact us’ in the search field, select Contact Us.
Enter your concern and hit Continue.
Choose either Chat with us or Have us call you.
