@gswain1   Do NOT use QBO.  You WILL regret it!!  

It is NOT user friendly.  It's ALWAYS broken. They (QB) are ALWAYS changing things, and it is NEVER for the better.  You don't have the needed features to do what you need it to do, and if you DO find a feature that you like and it works great, they (QB) WILL take it away or break it.  

You don't have to take my word for it though.  You can use the search bar at the top of any page to search the community and what others are saying about QBO.
