The list of tax years isn't accessible for certain years. I can't click on it as I can't scroll up the years. Does anyone else have this issue?

You can zoom out by pressing Ctrl and the + key together or by scrolling down slightly to fix this issue. One reason you might not be able to scroll up is that your page is zoomed in too much.
