I can share some information that can help you with updating the status of your estimates.

You can change the status of an estimate from Pending to Closed by clicking the Convert to Invoice button below the Pending status in the mobile app (android). You may consider using a browser from your mobile phone to update the status from the Action column to Accepted, Closed, and Rejected.
