App keeps breaking

Yet again the mobile app version has broken. This is like the 5th time since using this service when all my transactions break and I have to review over 910. 

On my desktop it's showing 20+ transactions that need review but when I go and check on the un-reviewed section there is nothing there.

It's really not that difficult to make a working service is it for the amount we pay.

Some suggestions on how to fix would be appreciated.

We appreciate your patience using the QuickBooks app. We recommend clearing its data to restore default functionality, @stefanbest0794.

 

If you're using an iOS device, these are the steps:

 

  1. Access your device and proceed to your phone's settings.
  2. Click General, then Select iPhone Storage.
  3. Select QuickBooks Online from the list of applications.
  4. Click Offload App to free up the storage without getting rid of the documents and data for the app.

If the issue persists, we suggest contacting our Live Support Team, as they have the tools to address this type of concern. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to this link.
