Can a customer download and save an invoice I've sent them? If so, how do they do this?

Thanks for reaching out to us on the Community page, 

Yes your customer can download and save any invoices that you email to them. 

The way to do this is when your customer opens the email>clicks on the invoice>it will load the invoice on a new tab showing them the whole page> top right hand corner there is a download button next to a printer> click the download button> the save as box will pop up and they can then save this invoice.
