To check for any browser issues that may be causing this, please re-upload the logo after logging into QuickBooks through an incognito browsing window. To open an incognito window in Chrome or MS Edge, press Ctrl + Shit + n on your keyboard at once (or ⌘ + Shift + n if using a Mac device).
To add the logo to your sales invoice, select the Settings wheel > Custom form styles (Take me there) > Select 'New style' to create a new template or Edit to upload your logo to an existing form > Make logo edits > Add a logo. Once you're ready, click Done to save your changes.
Please note, there are requirements for logos in QuickBooks Online. The logo must be:
- a .gif, .bmp, .png, .jpg, .jpe, or .jpeg file - smaller than 10 MB - 24-bits or less in bit depth (or colour depth) - using the standard RGB colour space
